Originally hailing from Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, northern India this is a fantastic curry paste ideal for long and slow cooking.
This paste produces a wonderfully balanced dish, not too spicy but still with a punch.
You won't wish to add anything else to this paste except meat / vegetables and onions it really is that good. If you have a slow cooker this is ideal to prepare and leave.
