Languedoc Fried Chicken


During the 1950’s a young entrepreneur started selling fried chicken from his roadside restaurant in Kentucky.  He added a spicy coating which has proved popular across the world.
Here’s our take on this great dish, and an added bonus is it’s produced here in the Languedoc.
